Your gear includes a door anchor. You can also purchase a wall mount for anchoring it to the wall. For resistance bands, we recommend three wall mounts placed high, middle, and low to maximize your training option.
There are three optional locations:
1. The high anchor should be
placed about 10" above
your height
2. The middle anchor should
be placed at shoulder
height
3. The low anchor should be
as close to the floor as
possible
