Easy Full-Body Workout You Can Do At Home 

Ready to work out from the comfort of your own home? Here is a quick full-body workout you can try. 

Before starting this workout, be sure to complete a few dynamic stretches to get your body warm. Or, jog on the treadmill at a light pace for five minutes. Drink lots of water to keep yourself properly hydrated

The Workout:

Do each exercise for the recommended reps. At the end of the round, do ten jump squats. Do three to five rounds total. 

Gear 1 Lat Pulldown

  1. Begin by attaching your Gear 1 to an anchor at the top of a sturdy door. 
  2. Drop to one knee, planting the other foot firmly in front of you, so your quad is parallel to the floor.
  3. Grab both handles and extend your arms toward the ceiling at a slight diagonal. Your torso should be upright, leaning slightly forward. Keep your back flat, core tight, and chest lifted high. 
  4. Slowly pull both hands down and out to about shoulder height. Hold here for a moment, really squeezing your back and shoulder blades tight. 
  5. Finally, slowly extend your arms back out to the starting position. 

Repeat for 12 to 15 reps. 

Gear 1 Kneeling Crunches

  1. Keeping your band attached to the sturdy anchor above you, kneel on the floor with your back to the anchor point. 
  2. Reach back and over your shoulders to grab the handles, with one in each hand. Your hands should be resting comfortably at the front of your shoulders. 
  3. Pull the band and bend your torso forward to crunch down against the resistance, really trying to keep your arms and legs still so that the movement is only coming from your core. 

Repeat for 18 to 20 reps. 

Gear 1 Glute Kickback

  1. Move your Gear 1 to a low anchor point (such as the bottom of a sturdy door). 
  2. Facing the door, wrap the ankle strap securely on your right ankle, and get down on all fours. 
  3. Keep your abs tight, inhale, and drive your right knee in towards your chest. 
  4. Exhale and fully extend your right leg back so that it’s parallel to the floor. 
  5. Bring your knee back to the start position. 

Repeat for 12 to 15 reps before switching legs.

Gear 1 Back Row (Standing)

  1. Move your band to an anchor at about the midpoint of a sturdy door above the door lock. 
  2. Facing the door, grab the handles, one in each hand. 
  3. Step back a few feet, or so that band is taught with slight tension, arms fully extended, and shoulders relaxed.
  4. Keep your back straight and feet hip-distance apart with knees slightly bent. Engage your abs. 
  5. Inhale and then exhale as you pull your elbows back, squeezing your shoulder blades until both hands are next to your rib cage. 
  6. Return to the starting position. 

Repeat for 12 to 15 reps. 

Gear 1 Hamstring Curl

  1. Attach your Gear 1 to a low anchor, at the bottom of a sturdy door. 
  2. Wrap the ankle strap securely around your right ankle. 
  3. Facing away from the door, lie down with your elbows resting on the floor. 
  4. Relax both of your legs, keeping your knees together. 
  5. Take a deep breath, exhale, and drive your right heel up towards your butt. 
  6. Squeeze your glute muscle at the top of the movement, then inhale and slowly lower your right foot down to start. 

Repeat for 12 to 15 reps before switching legs.
